You are registering to participate in one of our virtual trainings. All materials for our virtual trainings are provided exclusively in digital format. Please confirm that you understand that you will receive all resources digitally.

Immunity to Change: Foundations to Application is a two-part learning experience. It begins with two subsequent days of learning dedicated to the core theory of Immunity to Change, and is followed by a third day dedicated to applying this theory in different facilitation settings (1:1 Coaching or Groups). You may choose whether to attend the third day that is immediately following the two days of core theory, or you may choose to select a later date that better fits your needs as a practitioner.
Please note: In order to attend an application module, you must first complete the two days of core theory, or an equivalent course such as the Facilitators’ Workshop or 1:1 Coaching: Maps & Tests.
Immunity to Change: Foundations to Application (3 Days)
For practitioners who want to facilitate ITC with multiple individuals in a cohort or workshop setting. It focuses on how to introduce the framework to a room, pace the experience across a group, and manage what surfaces between individuals as they surface their immune systems.
For practitioners who want to use ITC in an ongoing coaching relationship with a single person. It focuses on depth, pacing, precision, and guiding someone through the process of creating a powerful Immunity to Change Map.

The Qualified ITC Map Facilitator credential demonstrates skillfulness with the Immunity to Change mapping process. Those who apply and receive the credential receive an emblem suitable for promotional materials.
